spring themes is a very beautiful ambientesque electronica back-catalog release from norken. it brims with undertones of dirty detroit [i love dirty detroit], a hint of [the ever influential] brian eno + delicious deep house beats to boot. it plays in the background while i float through the morning.

and i float drinking cups of tea + watching short animations. a friend of mine is an illustrator + animator. '3 x super robot heartbreak' is a cute little short he put together for the brisbane international animation festival a few years ago. you can also check out other cool stuff he does at black brow.
