it's friday + it's almost time to go home. and i will be leaving work with a very big smile upon my face.

[playing for change] is a 'multimedia movement' that was initially set up in 2005. its intentions are simple: to inspire, connect + bring peace to the world through music. it discards the notion of boundary and allows the music to speak for all, no matter their political, economic, spiritual, geographical or ideological background.

after listening to this, you cannot deny that music does, indeed, have the universal power to transcend + unite all people as one human race.
